Terms of Service

We provide industrial machinery, filling lines, packaging systems, and related technical support services, including but not limited to:

• Mixing machines, vacuum emulsifiers, filling and capping machines, packaging lines, conveyor systems, and other related equipment.
• Technical support services, installation guidance, operator training, and after-sales maintenance.
• Customized design and OEM/ODM solutions tailored to the customer’s production requirements.

• All purchase orders must be confirmed in writing or through a signed sales contract.
• Prices may vary depending on machinery specifications, customization requests, and order quantities.
• Payment terms must follow the agreed contract (e.g., 30% deposit upon order confirmation, remaining balance prior to shipment).
• For international orders, customers are responsible for all bank transfer fees, currency exchange charges, and applicable import duties.

• Delivery timelines will be agreed upon in the contract. Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, transportation issues, customs clearance) shall not be considered a breach of contract.
• Installation and trial operation services are available upon request and may require additional charges.
• Risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are delivered to the carrier or upon receipt at the customer’s site.

• All machines are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.
• Warranty excludes damages caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or non-genuine spare parts.
• Preventive and periodic maintenance services can be provided under a separate service contract.
• Spare parts and technical support remain available throughout the product’s lifecycle.

• Returns will only be accepted with prior written approval.
• Returned machinery must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Shipping costs, handling fees, and related expenses shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to proven product defects caused by Demasha.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after inspection and deduction of applicable costs.
• Returns will not be accepted in cases of incorrect ordering, change of mind, or misuse of machinery.

• All technical designs, engineering drawings, patents, and machine solutions remain the intellectual property of Demasha.
• Customers are not permitted to copy, reproduce, resell, or disclose such materials without prior written consent.
• Any software, PLC programs, or control systems supplied with the machines are licensed for use only and not for redistribution or modification without authorization.

• We shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, production downtime, or incidental expenses resulting from improper use of the machinery.
• Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer under the relevant contract.
• The company shall not be held responsible for damages caused by third-party installation, maintenance, or operation.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Customers will be notified in advance of any material changes before they come into effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be settled by arbitration or through the competent court in Guangzhou, China, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
